SHIPMENT AND RETURN

PRE-ORDER

You can find some of our products in pre-order mode.
With the reservation system we avoid producing more than we need and we are able to offer a discount, preserving the highest quality standards.For products purchased with this method the expected delivery is indicated close to related price at the time of the order’s completion.

Please note that even for purchases in pre-sale mode, the change of goods, the change of size and return are allowed.

SHIPPING COSTS

UPPa® takes care of the shipping costs for EU countries. Both to deliver the initial order and to exchange the purchased products (back from and to the client).

The shipping cost for the return without products exchange is instead to the customer’s charge. For this type of return, the customer should specify the order number and which carrier he intends to return the product with in the  customer’s notification of the intention to return.

Shipping costs are:

  • free for EU Countries
  • 20,00 Euros for European countries not EU
  • 30,00 Euros for all the other Countries outside Europe

 

DELIVERY TIME

Shipments of UPPa®  products are executed by GLS, that delivers them at the address you write in the order processing

We ship all over the world.

From the date of departure of the shipment, the delivery normally takes place in 1-2 working days in Italy, 2-5 working days in EU countries and 5-15 working days in non-EU countries, without including the time required for any customs clearance.

PRICES, VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

The prices of our products are always expressed in Euro.

They include VAT which is charged by the Company to all customers who require delivery in countries belonging to the EU.

The company does not charge VAT to customers who require delivery to non-EU countries. The customer must pay it directly to the competent authority.

Any customs duties and ancillary costs are borne by the Customer and must be paid directly upon delivery of the Products.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The customer who intends to return the purchased products must inform the company by sending an email to [email protected] within 14 days from the delivery date.

In case of products’ exchange, both the organization and the shipping costs (back from and to the customer) are borne by the company.

If the customer just wants to return the purchased products (without products’ exchange), both the organization and the shipping cost of the return are borne by the customer.

The Customer must ensure that the products he wants to return are new, unused and in the original UPPa® packaging with the original labels and a copy of the receipt. For more information see our Terms and Conditions art. 6.

In case of final return, the price paid for the purchase of the returned product will be credited to the customer with the payment method selected at the time of purchase.

Duties, if any, are borne by the Customer.

If Customer has choosen Klarna as payment method for the order, the refund procedure will be processed by them directly.  

SUSTAINABILITY AND GIFT

To complete the process that leads to the second life of our products, keep the packaging the product is delivered with. When you decide you’ve kept and worn it long enough, just put it back in this box and send an email to [email protected] with your address.

We will be extremely happy to take care of all the rest. We’ll pick it up at your address, recondition and pack it perfectly again to present it, as new, in a gift box to a friend hosted by “FATA” Family Association, to make him feel the special emotion one lives receiving a personal gift, made with the heart.
